The Allen-Bradley 2098-DSD-010 is a 3000 Ultra Digital Servo Drive ideal for standalone indexing applications and integrated multi-axis motion control. It operates with an input voltage of 100-240VAC and features continuous output power options of 0.5 kW at 115VAC and 1.0 kW at 230VAC, providing a continuous output current of 5A and an intermittent current of 15A. Boasting eight general-purpose inputs and four outputs along with RS232/RS485 communication support, it includes multi-turn absolute encoder capability and optional external logic power to maintain position during power loss. Despite not complying with the EUs RoHS directive, this servo drive includes valuable features for efficient performance, such as integrated motor feedback, DC bus connections, and comprehensive troubleshooting support through seven-segment indicators.
