Description

The Allen-Bradley 2098-DSD-030-SE Ultra 3000 drive is a robust digital servo drive with integrated support for the Serial Real-Time Communication System (SERCOS), making it well-suited for high-speed, precise control applications. It operates on a 100-240VAC single-phase external supply with a frequency range of 47-63 Hz, featuring a nominal input current of 28 Amps and a maximum inrush current of 50 Amps at 230VAC. This drive is equipped with multiple interfaces, including a CN1 44-pin I/O connector, a CN2 15-pin motor feedback connector, and a CN3 serial communication port, along with rotary switches for node address and data rate configuration. Its seven-segment display and module status LED provide real-time operational feedback, enhancing its standalone capabilities, while the SERCOS fiber-optic connection ensures noise immunity.
