Description

The Allen-Bradley 2098-IPD-020 Ultra 5000 Intelligent Positioning Drive is expertly designed for driving servo motors with high precision. Operating on a single-phase AC input voltage of 100 to 240 Vrms and a frequency range of 47 to 63 Hz, this drive offers significant output with up to 2 kW of power at 230 VAC input and a peak current capacity of 30A, ensuring robust performance. It accommodates various industrial conditions with a rugged design that requires installation in an IEC60529-compliant enclosure to protect against shocks and contaminants, while maintaining an ambient temperature below 55°C. Featuring versatile I/O connections, the drive includes a pluggable spring clamp 28-pin CN1A connector for digital I/O and a 14-pin CN1B connector for auxiliary encoder and analog I/O, complemented by eight digital outputs and a single relay output for flexible system integration.
