The Allen-Bradley 22F-D024N114 PowerFlex 4M is a robust three-phase, low-voltage AC drive designed for open-loop speed regulation applications. It features a 480V AC voltage rating and offers input ratings between 340-528V, 21.7 kVA, and 26.1 A, with output ratings of 24 A, 11 kW, and 15 HP. Equipped with an integral S Type EMC filter and housed in an IP20, C frame enclosure, this drive operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10 to 40°C and supports altitudes up to 1000 meters without derating. Ideal for environments free from dust and volatile gases, it incorporates advanced controls such as a built-in IGBT brake, a 4-digit display with arrow and function keys, and a variety of I/O including analog PTC input, a unipolar voltage input, five 24V DC digital inputs (two programmable), and one form C relay output, all engineered for precise motor control through the "volts per Hertz" method.
