The Allen-Bradley 25A-D037N114 is a versatile, adjustable frequency AC drive from the PowerFlex 523 series, designed to operate with an input voltage range of 380-480VAC, 3-phase, delivering 37.0 A output current. It supports a dual power output of 18.5 kW for normal operation and 20 kW for heavy-duty tasks, with a 0-460VAC, 3-phase output voltage capability. Featuring advanced control options such as Sinusoidal PWM, Volts/Hertz, and Sensorless Vector Control, this Frame E drive also includes an integral EMC filter and RS485 communication interface for network connectivity. It supports up to 31 daisy-chained drives, with optional communication adapters for broader protocol integration like Profibus, DeviceNet, and Ethernet I/P. The drive incorporates PointStop technology for precision motor stopping, PID control, and has comprehensive I/O channels, including a USB port for easy configuration.
