The Allen-Bradley 25C-D017N104 PowerFlex 527 is an advanced adjustable frequency AC drive designed for seamless integration with Allen-Bradley Logix controllers using Studio 5000 Logix Designer. It features an integral Ethernet I/P communication interface, supporting enhanced motion instructions similar to those used with the Kinetix servo drives, which simplifies machine operation and reduces reconfiguration needs. This robust drive operates on a 3-phase input voltage of 323-528 VAC and delivers a maximum output power of 10 HP with comprehensive voltage, frequency, and current control options, including sensorless vector control and closed-loop position and velocity controls. Additionally, the drive includes internal PI control, multiple programmable inputs and outputs, and provides a low-cost solution for machine applications such as fans and pumps, all housed in an IP20 NEMA/open type enclosure with an integrated safe torque-off feature for improved safety.
