The Allen-Bradley 2711P-RP2A is a Logical module that serves as a replacement part because the Logic module comes in a standard supply with the PanelView Plus goods. It comes from a series of PanelView Plus operator terminal products. It houses the USB interface, the power input terminal, the embedded communication protocol, the Compact Flashcard slot, and the socket for attaching the display module.
It features 128 MB of non-volatile flash storage & 128 MB of RAM. It can be applied to CE and non-CE interfaces. The Allen-Bradley 2711P-RP2A ships only with Windows Compact Embedded OS for CE terminals. Only the PanelView Plus operator terminals ranging from 700 to 1500 serial ids are the product range that includes replacement logic modules, which may utilize this module.
A runtime version of the FactoryTalk View software is pre-installed. With this, the operator terminal's downloaded application may be run and given the resources it needs to communicate with the process. It is found on the display module's back. This logic module hosts display modules & CompactFlash memories, both of which must be placed without power. This is done to avoid electrical sparking, which could harm nearby electronic modules and components.
This module is a device with a marine certification. This increases the degree of electromagnetic fields and allows the module to be utilized with marine-certified components to create a configuration that is suited for extremely cold and hot conditions.
