TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The Allen-Bradley 2711R-T10T graphical operating interface has advanced features, making it suitable for modern manufacturing environments. This functional interface can be mounted in either a landscape or portrait orientation. The central processing unit (CPU) of the 2711R-T10T has an 800 MHz processing speed. Also, the memory is far superior, with 256 MB of DDR RAM and 256 MB of dedicated storage.
The LCD panel of the 2711R-T10T is 10 inches in size and includes a TFT touchscreen with 800 * 600 SVGA resolution and 65K color capabilities. The integrated LED illumination has a 40,000-hour lifespan. This operator terminal has a micro-SD card fitted. Class 6 and Class 10 microSD cards, as well as industrial-grade SD cards, are suggested. For memory storage, this device can use the FAT32 and FAT16 memory cards, each storing up to 32 GB. Furthermore, the USB ports are accessible for connecting portable storage devices.
The operative terminal needs an 18–32 VDC power supply and may draw up to 14 W (0.48 A @ 24V DC). The operational terminal is configured using an Allen-Bradley Connected Components Workbench (CCW). The LED lighting of the 2711R-T10T may remain off for up to 40,000 hours without losing its brightness, and the touch screen includes an analog resistive surface. Batteries power the internal real-time clock, and the battery life is five years at temperatures below 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
The 2711R-T10T interface also has 256 MB of built-in memory to save configurations and settings for various programs. The 800 MHz CPU and 256MB Synchronous DRAM in the 2711R-T10T make it suitable for use with MicroLogix and Micro-800 Controllers. Data transmission and programming of the 2711R-T10T may be transmitted through the serial ports RS-422/RS-485 and RS-232 for communication via a personal computer running the Integrated Parts of v8.0 Workbench or the latest versions, which are supported by MS Windows 8 and 8.1. The MicroSD card slot expands the device's storage capacity by up to 32 GB, while the USB 2.0 host connector supports connections to other peripherals.
The weight of the 2711R-T10T is 10 pounds, and its dimensions are 8.9 x 11.3 x 2.2. It includes a front bezel protective feature and types 4X, 12, and 13 of NEMA/UL and IP65 enclosure type ratings, and its temperature range is specified as 0-50 °C (32-122 °F) with the T4 temperature code. A 24 VDC supply is used to power this PanelView. Displays that may be mounted on a panel and operated by a keypad or touch screen are available in the PanelView 800 product line. The most popular model in this family is the Series A. Typically, the screen size of these HMI terminals ranges from 4 to 7 and 10 inches.
