The Allen-Bradley 5069-AEN2TR is a state-of-the-art Compact 5000 Ethernet I/P communication adapter designed for seamless high-speed data exchange between Logix 5000 controllers and distributed I/O modules, supporting both linear and Device Level Ring (DLR) topologies while capable of functioning as a DLR supervisor. Featuring dual Ethernet communication ports, it supports varied transmission rates of 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and up to 1 Gbps, ensuring robust connectivity. The module incorporates removable terminal blocks for external supply connections and passthrough voltage, alongside a USB port for initial configuration. It accommodates an Allen-Bradley Secure Digital card for configuration security, supporting cards up to 32GB, albeit tested with 1784-SD1 or 1784-SD2 SD cards, and supports MOD and SA power connections within a voltage range of 18-32 VDC.
