The FX2N-64MR-ES/UL PLC from Mitsubishi is a fast and reliable controller suitable for myriad purposes. With blistering processing power, basic instructions are completed at 0.08 microseconds per command, while complex instructions can be handled in as little as 1.52 to 100 microseconds with impeccable precision. Boasting an impressive selection of sequence instructions and ladder configurations, the FX2N-64MR-ES/UL model enables a programming capacity that can reach up to 16,000 steps through the use of additional memory cassettes. With its standard 8,000-step ability in hand, this powerful model supports twenty base sequence instructions and 125 applied instructions.

Technical Information of FX2N-64MR-ES/UL

The FX2N-64MR-ES/UL PLC model is an advanced, third-generation choice that can meet the needs of a wide variety of applications. It boasts up to 8000 general points and 7800 latching capabilities for relay functions in addition to 256 specialized data register points, enabling it to take on more complex tasks than ever before. Its 255 configurable inputs and outputs also make this highly adaptable option perfect for larger-scale operations—all while remaining small enough to be used with smaller projects as well.

The FX2N-64MR-ES/UL model offers exceptional capabilities, including both a standard 16-bit counter with a capacity of 1 to 32767 counts (200 points) and a latched counter that can process up to 100 steps. In addition, the state relay is equipped with 500 latching points, 10 starting points, and 100 annunciator endpoints (S coils).

The advanced FX2N-64MR-ES/UL model has cutting-edge features like a high-speed CPU and sophisticated vector control capabilities. It has an efficient electric profile of 0.75 kW at 400 V three-phase voltage, making it ideal for many industrial applications. This amazing device offers 8 nest level points that are compatible with MC/MCR models along with 128 CALL points, and 8 interrupt points to configure user interfaces more systematically via its batch processing method-based I/O Control system.

Components of FX2N-64MR-ES/UL

The FX2N-64MR-ES/UL PLC integrates multiple types of state relays to perform functions like output relay control. To guide program flow, pointers are provided at the far left of bus bars when ladder logic is active. Simulated auxiliary relays also feature coils activated by device contacts, just as real-life counterparts do. This model incorporates an extensive set of interrupt pointers to represent each component of the interruption device, activated only after a FEND instruction.

Diagnostic purposes may be served with Annunciator flags when specific instructions are used. To create a process control system, STL step relays (S) must be combined with the related command for solely utilizing STL programming; this ensures reliable behavior in certain cases.
