TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
The HG-KR73 model is a servo motor from the HG-KR family of general-purpose servo motors used in various industries. The model has a 22-bit encoder for speed and location detection. The model is intended to have low inertia while delivering a significant amount of torque, which is required for several applications. This efficient general-purpose servo motor HG-KR73 is compatible with many servo drivers and amplifiers.
Technical Information of HG-KR73
The HG-KR73 model has a moment of inertia of 1.26 x 10-4 kgm2 and can rotate at a maximum speed of 6000 revolutions per minute. The motor is encased to combat excessive heat in a housing ideal for natural cooling. The housing has an IP65 dust and liquid rating and an insulation class of 130(B). The model weighs 2.8 kilograms and generates a rated power of 0.75 kW while consuming a rated current of 4.8 A. The model lacks a thermistor, and the recommended load-to-motor inertia ratio is 17 times or less.
The model HG-KR73 comes with a power rate of 45.2 kW/s. The voltage power supply for the model three-phase is 200 VAC, and the single phase is 230 VAC. The model generated a maximum torque of 8.4 Nm with a maximum current consumption of 17 A while running. The vibration resistance for the model in the X and Y direction is 49 m/s2. The model HG-KR73 can bear a radial load of 392 N and a thrust load of 147 N on the shaft.
Ambient Operating Conditions
The HG-KR73 servo motor can only be used when the temperature is between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius, and the humidity is between 10 and 80 percent (non-condensing). It is possible to deploy the model at altitudes up to 2,000 meters above sea level without sacrificing performance. If the threshold is surpassed, the model's efficiency may degrade. The model HG-KR73 is intended for indoor use only and should be used in an area free of corrosive gases, flammable gases, oil mist, dust, and dirt. The motor will only run appropriately once these requirements are satisfied.
Installation and Transportation Instructions of HG-KR73 Servo Motor
When transporting the model HG-KR73, ensure the temperature stays between -15 and 70 degrees Celsius. When the motor is transported, the relative humidity must be between 10 and 90 percent (non-condensing). The servo motor should be securely attached to the machine. If the servo motor wasn't properly fastened and came loose while in use, it might cause harm. Install the machinery in a load-bearing location per the instructions in the user handbook. Mounting flange dimensions of 250 mm x 250 mm x 12 mm are needed for the motor. Both horizontal and vertical mounting options are available for the motor.
You can only lift the servo motor with the provided eyebolts. If you need to connect a pulley on a servo motor shaft, you may do it through the screw hole at the very end of the shaft. A pulley can be attached to a shaft by putting a double-ended stud into the screw hole, placing a washer on the end face of the coupling, and then screwing on a nut.
