Powered by an Intel Atom E3825 dual-core processor operating at 1.33 GHz, the controller includes 2 GB of standard DDR3L system memory and a 32 GB solid-state drive for reliable nonvolatile storage. Connectivity options feature two Ethernet ports capable of supporting 10Base-T, 100Base-TX, and 1000Base-T standards, allowing configurable communication speeds of 10 Mbps, 100 Mbps, and 1000 Mbps per IEEE 802.3, with a maximum cabling distance of 100 meters.

Additionally, the controller is equipped with a USB 2.0 Hi-Speed device port, two USB 2.0 Hi-Speed host ports, and an RS-232 serial port that supports baud rates up to 115,200 bps. The cDAQ-9135 also includes an SD card slot supporting SD and SDHC standards with a capacity of up to 32 GB and offers a Mini DisplayPort output with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 at 60 Hz. Designed for continued operation in demanding environments, the device operates within a voltage range of 9 V to 30 V DC with a maximum power consumption of 46 W, recommending a 100 W, 24 VDC power supply.

The physical dimensions of the controller are 12.95 in. × 3.47 in. × 4.67 in. and it weighs 2.5 kg. It supports copper conductor wire sizes from 20 AWG to 14 AWG and is built to function in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 70 °C with relative humidity conditions of 10% to 90% (noncondensing). The device is packaged for secure indoor use with a maximum operational elevation of 5,000 meters, and is designed to withstand storage conditions from -40 °C to 85 °C and humidity levels of 5% to 95% (noncondensing). The integrated CMOS battery typically lasts for up to 10 years, reducing to 7.8 years at 25 °C and 5.4 years at 85 °C. The cDAQ-9135 runs on NI Linux Real-Time, ensuring a stable and efficient operating environment for your automation needs.
