The National Instruments ALMA-10201 is a Universal Exhaust Gas Oxygen Sensors Simulator designed to enhance engine performance analysis in the automotive sector. This SLSC UEGO Simulator is compatible with various PXI and CompactPCI modules and is intended for use with any National Instruments SLSC Chassis. Featuring two channels, the ALMA-10201 enables the simulation of two sensors with complete electrical isolation, preventing interference and grounding issues when interconnecting multiple UEGO controllers to a single module. The simulator comprehensively replicates the operational characteristics of an oxygen sensor, including the simulation of both the reference cell and pump cell. Users can set target pumping temperature and current through analog voltage values or the SLSC communication bus. The module is equipped with two D-SUB 9-pin female connectors, designated UEGO 1 and UEGO 2, facilitating connectivity between the device under test and the simulator. Additionally, it features two hard metric female connectors on the rear: XJ1 for SLSC Chassis connection, and XJ2 as an RTI connector for analog control signal integration.
