The National Instruments NI-5762 is a high-performance 2-Channel Digitizer Adapter Module designed for use with FlexRIO systems. Offering a maximum sampling rate of 250 MS/s and 16-bit resolution, this module enables the simultaneous acquisition of signals from two channels. It features two signal paths per channel: a filtered path utilizing a 100 MHz elliptic filter, and an unfiltered path, allowing for versatile signal processing options. The NI-5762 is available in two models—NI-5762-01, which is AC-coupled with a 100 MHz elliptic filter, and NI-5762-02, optimized for undersampling applications. Both variants include AC input coupling and are compatible with Kintex-7 and Virtex-5 FPGA modules. The front panel is equipped with SMA-type connectors for two analog input channels, an external trigger input, a CLK IN for reference input, and an AUX I/O connector (HDMI type, not HDMI-compatible). For HDL IP integration, the NI-5762 provides Component-Level Intellectual Property (CLIP), offering both socketed and user-defined CLIP types, facilitating ease of integration into LabVIEW projects. The module has a typical power consumption of 5.3 W and weighs 332 g (11.7 oz.). Its dimensions are 12.9 × 2.0 × 12.1 cm (5.1 × 0.8 × 4.7 in.).
