New, Refurbished and Repairs Available Multiple options to meet your needs and budget

The National Instruments PCI-5122 Oscilloscope is a high-performance instrumentation solution designed for demanding applications, including RADAR, ultrasound, and event detection. It features advanced 14-bit analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) and low-noise variable-gain amplifiers, achieving a maximum sample rate of 100 MS/s and a bandwidth of 100 MHz. This oscilloscope delivers a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 75 dBc and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of 62 dB, providing precision in both time-domain and frequency-domain measurements.

Available in multiple configurations, the PCI-5122 offers varying onboard memory options of 8 MB, 32 MB, and 256 MB per channel. It supports software-selectable input impedances of 50 Ω or 1 MΩ and accommodates voltage input ranges from 200 mVpp to 20 Vpp, along with seven different trigger modes. The device includes anti-aliasing and noise filters, enhancing its versatility in complex measurement tasks. The programmable DC offset feature optimizes the full 14-bit vertical range, which significantly boosts measurement accuracy, while the built-in self-calibration feature ensures consistent performance across temperatures ranging from 0 °C to 45 °C.

Leveraging the NI Synchronization and Memory Core (SMC) architecture, the PCI-5122 is capable of acquiring over 1 million triggered waveforms without software intervention, making it exceptionally efficient for multi-record acquisition. It also allows timestamping of triggered events with 100 ps resolution, facilitating long-duration data acquisition through continuous streaming from onboard memory to host memory.

The PCI-5122 is fully supported by the NI-SCOPE driver software, ensuring compatibility with LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and Measurement Studio. It measures 8.4 x 0.8 x 5.1 inches and weighs 16 oz. with an operating temperature range of 0 °C to 45 °C, and a non-condensing humidity range of 10% to 90%. As a long-term option, Apex Waves continues to offer support for this model. The PCI-5122 entered the NI Maintenance phase on December 30, 2022; please contact a sales representative for pricing inquiries or further information about this oscilloscope and its capabilities.
