The National Instruments PXI-4072 FlexDMM (Part Number: 778270-01) is a versatile 3U PXI module that combines the functionality of a 6½-digit multimeter, LCR meter, and isolated digitizer with a maximum sample rate of 1.8 MS/s. Designed to meet the demands of automated test environments, it supports 20 essential ATE measurements including voltage, current, capacitance, inductance, temperature, and resistance. This integration allows users to minimize test system size and costs, enhance throughput, and accelerate test development time. The PXI-4072 can also be connected with PXI switches to create multichannel data acquisition systems.

With a DC voltage range from -300 V to 300 V and a DC current range of -1 A to 1 A, the PXI-4072 provides precise measurements with a 6.5-digit resolution. It features a DC range/function change rate of 100/s and an AC range/function change rate of 10/s, suitable for diverse application requirements.
