The National Instruments PXI-4132 is a high-performance PXI Source Measure Unit (SMU) designed for precision measurement applications. Featuring a single isolated channel with a four-quadrant output, this 10 pA, ±100 V SMU is optimized for accurate leakage testing on integrated circuits (ICs), printed circuit boards (PCBs), cables, and discrete components. The PXI-4132 integrates external guarding and 4-wire sensing for enhanced measurement integrity, making it suitable for high-speed current-voltage testing across a variety of devices, including organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and diodes. It is equipped with 8 position, 5.08 mm COMBICON front panel connectors for convenient interfacing. The operating temperature range for the PXI-4132 is 0 °C to 55 °C, while the storage temperature range extends from -40 °C to 70 °C.
