The National Instruments PXI-6711 (Part Number: 777794-01) is a PXI Analog Output Module designed to replace various standalone instruments, including proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controllers and low-speed waveform generators. This versatile module features four analog output channels, each capable of generating standard waveforms such as square, sine, and sawtooth, as well as complex signals for applications like stimulus-response testing, power supply control, and deterministic high-speed control. The PXI-6711 provides an update rate of up to 1 MS/s with a resolution of 12 bits across a voltage range of -10 V to 10 V.
