TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Schneider Electric 140NOE77101

Schneider Electric has designed and created this powerful network module 140NOE77101, ideal for use in countless applications. Complete with its own Ethernet TCP/IP capabilities, the model is sure to enhance networking potential.

The 140NOE77101 module has an embedded SMTP client to send email notifications to the mail server. A controller system triggers these emails through specific requests.

Technical Specification of 140NOE77101:

The model 140NOE77101 features a reliable Ethernet Modbus TCP/IP connection with 10/100 Mbit/s transfer speed. Its rack power supply powers a Class B30 web server with hot standby redundant architecture.

The network module boasts a Flash File System, granting users the power to instantly modify executive, kernel, and website files via upload.

This model 140NOE77101 is lightweight at just 0.345 kilograms, yet it's potent with MT/RJ - 100BASE-FX fiber optic and RJ45 - 10BASE-T/100 BASE-TX twisted pair physical interfaces for reliability under any conditions; plus the protection class is IP20 & current consumption maxes out at 750 mA (5 V DC).

The module can maintain up to 32 HTTP connections at anytime. However, browsers may require multiple connections per user, so this does not necessarily reflect a limit of 32 concurrent users.

The Ethernet module 140NOE77101 provides up to 64 concurrent Modbus/TCP server connections and only permits one programming panel connection for reliable controller configuration maintenance.

The Ethernet module's capabilities are enhanced even further by the I/O Scanner, allowing for extended customization with additional programming panels.

Ambient Conditions:

Maintain the Ethernet model 140NOE77101 at temperatures between -40 and +85 degrees Celsius with a humidity level above 95% to ensure optimal performance. The maximum mountable altitude is 4500 meters.

Please operate the model 140NOE77101 within a temperature window of 0-60 degrees Celsius to ensure optimal performance. Relative humidity must stay below 95%, providing ideal conditions for usage.

General Precautions:

A skilled operator must know the various factors and conditions associated with setting up, running, or maintaining the 140NOE77101 network module. In doing so, they can identify which safety measures and interlocks best protect all involved for optimal results.

To operate a machine safely and avoid injury, always ensure effective point-of-operation guarding is in place. Failure to do so could seriously harm the person using it.

Basic Start-Up and Testing Instructions:

Before performing any operations, ensure you have completed the setup procedures correctly. Once you have finished these steps and before you begin operational tests, remove all temporary holding blocks or devices used for shipment from the model components.

After installation, proper system verification is essential. To guarantee optimal performance and ensure satisfactory completion of testing, qualified personnel should perform a start-up test and meet all necessary arrangements.

Operation and Maintenance Instructions:

Familiarity with the machinery used and its manufacturer's instructions is essential to prevent malfunctions or safety hazards. Personnel with access to making functional adjustments should always follow these guidelines for optimal performance.

Even with the utmost attention to detail in production, we must still be cautious when operating the 140NOE77101 model€”potentially hazardous conditions can arise if not handled responsibly.
