The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control with VPS is a versatile and dependable product built to enhance the control, safety, and efficiency of industrial burner systems. Operating at 120 VAC and 50/60 Hz frequency, the user can select either a 4-second or 10-second pilot flame establishing period. One of the core features is the blinking LED fault annunciation feature, engineered to work seamlessly with 7800 series amplifiers.

This advanced controller offers a wide array of automation capabilities including automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indication, alongside system or self diagnostics and troubleshooting. Additionally, a programmable post purge and valve proving feature are included, accessible through the use of an S7800A1142 keyboard display module, which however is not provided in the package.

For enhanced functionality, the primary burner control can relay a fault code through the Power LED if a safety shutdown scenario arises. To ensure smooth operation, a subbase, amplifier, and purge card are required. The system is adaptable, allowing integration with a Modbus interface, keyboard display module, remote display module, and a first-out expanded annunciator.

Five LEDs provide sequence information for simplified systemic understanding while interchangeable plug-in amplifiers introduce a level of flexibility. Whether you need local or remote annunciation of operation and fault information, it can all be facilitated via the S7800 keyboard display module.

With its non-volatile memory feature, the controller uniquely retains history files and lockout status even after power loss. Users can select the control response in scenarios of airflow or flame loss, choosing between system recycle or lockout. Also included is a shutter drive output for more complex operations.
