The Honeywell On-Off Primary Burner Control with VPS operates at a standard 120 VAC, and offers a frequency of 50/60 Hz., and provides a selectable pilot type for greater flexibility. This system features a four-second or ten-second pilot flame establishing period to cater to different requirements and includes a blinking LED fault annunciation feature for simple troubleshooting. The added functionality of early spark termination makes it compatible with 7800 Series Amplifiers.

The system functionality extends to automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indication, system or self diagnostics and troubleshooting. It's equipped with a programmable post purge and valve proving feature, which can be accessed using the S7800A1142 Keyboard display. The power LED provides immediate feedback on the system status, flashing a fault code in the event of a safety shutdown. To guarantee successful operation, a subbase, amplifier, and purge card are mandatory.

Options such as Modbus interface, Keyboard display module, remote display module and first-out expanded annunciator can be easily added for enhanced performance. By using five LEDs, this control system provides clear sequence information. Plug-in amplifiers can be easily alternated, and local or remote annunciation of operating and fault information can be accessed using the S7800 Keyboard display module.

The non-volatile memory ensures the retention of history files and lockout status even after power loss, and the system offers a selectable recycle or lockout in case of airflow or flame loss. The product operates in a broad temperature spectrum, from -40 F to 140 F. The prepurge is determined by the ST7800A Purge Timer Card, and the system also offers customizable interlocks. Lastly, the system provides a shutter drive output to control the movement in the mechanical system.
