The Honeywell Programming Burner Control with Valve Proving System (VPS) is a meticulously engineered device operating on 120 VAC and 50/60 Hz. Designed with safety at the forefront, it includes lockout interlocks and a selectable main flame establishing period of either 10 or 15 seconds, along with an interrupted second-stage pilot valve. The system also features a S7800A1142 Display and LHL-LF&HF Proven for better performance and reliability.

In addition to its primary capabilities, this programmable control system elevates functionality through automatic burner sequencing, flame supervision, system status indication, system diagnostics, and troubleshooting. It offers compatibility with all existing Honeywell flame detectors, although a keyboard is required to set up the valve proving feature and modify the post purge time. The system provides a pilot flame establishing period of either 4 or 10 seconds.

Incorporating application flexibility and communication interface capability, this Honeywell Programming Burner Control with VPS grants access for external electrical voltage checks. It uses five LEDs to provide sequence information, with its power LED blinking the fault code upon lockout. It incorporates a five-function run/test switch and has interchangeable plug-in amplifiers.
