TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
MR-J2S-60B
The MR-J2S-60B, part of the acclaimed J2S series from Mitsubishi, is a state-of-the-art servo drive or amplifier. It maximizes efficiency by using regenerative technology to effectively channel excess energy back into the power supply, ensuring optimal performance with every cycle.
This model can deal with various emergency conditions, such as overcurrent and overload in regenerative systems and encoder errors resulting from sudden power loss or excessive speed. It can handle Undervoltage incidents to safeguard against any potential damage.
Technical Specifications of MR-J2S-60B:
The state-of-the-art MRJ2S60B model packs impressive features: weighing only 1.1 kg, its high-resolution encoder can detect up to 131072 pulses per revolution. A single-phase power supply can handle 230 VAC, while the three phases can process variable voltages from 200–230V AC. Its adaptive gain search method offers greater stability and accuracy without compromising on overshooting - all controllable via an intuitive software interface (MR Configurator).
To protect the power transistor in the main circuit from unintended acceleration, deceleration, or overload, the MR-J2S-60B servo amplifier incorporates a torque limit function. This clamping circuit can be adjusted by either an external analog input or parameter adjustment to modify its protection level.
The MR configurator provides an invaluable connection, allowing the model to analyze mechanical system frequencies thoroughly. An automated analyzer is used for this process. A specific low-pass filter found in the servo amplifier –MR-J2S-60B– effectively reduces high resonance that can come with improved servosystem responsiveness.
The cutting-edge model MR-J2S-60B has dynamic braking, a current regulation system, and an auto-tuning capability. This feature proactively adjusts the gain for variations per motor shaft load change when enabled.
The MR-J2S-60B model is designed to maximize operational efficiency, equipped with an adaptive vibration suppression mechanism that dynamically responds to the presence of mechanical disturbances. In instances where regeneration isn't adequate enough, it swiftly switches over and relies on a return converter.
Ambiance Conditions (operating and Installation):
To ensure peak performance, the MR-J2S-60B model servo amplifier must be paired with a compatible motor. This device is suitable for dry indoor locations and should not exceed temperatures of +55 degrees Celsius and 90% relative humidity to function properly. Furthermore, all flammable gases/debris must NOT be present to utilize this component safely and effectively.
The MR-J2S-60B model is an advanced solution requiring the expertise of a trained operator and installer to ensure optimal safety, performance, and vibration reduction. This system can be deployed in environments ranging from ground level up to 1 km above sea level; however, care should be taken when selecting its position, given that vertical placement will guarantee maximum output quality.
The optimized operation also requires proper cooling, using fans with 10.16 inches or greater diameters placed above the servo amplifier's housing.
Regulatory Safety Measures:
To ensure safety, the servo amplifier MR-J2S-60B must always be used with an intact front cover. Its exposed high voltage charging terminals could result in electric shock, so ensure that its power supply is wired to a magnetic contactor which can disconnect it from the main circuit's L1, L2 & L3 outputs. Doing this will stop any potential fires sparked by excess current should the failure of the amp occur.
