This machine is 17 years old. About 2 months ago, we had issue with the machine, the computer system had lines going through and this was back to normal when we shake the cable line to reset. Now the screen shows running down circling the screen
We do not know when the RL 37 code started. did not noticed at first
We did try to take the cable out and re assumble it to see if it work, it did not
