The Allen-Bradley 1769-L20 CompactLogix Controller is a versatile unit designed to handle up to 8 modules in 2 I/O banks with one permissible expansion cable. It features a single RS-232 port configured for DH-485 communications, complemented by LED indicators for easy monitoring of the controller and port statuses. Its robust construction includes a replaceable 1747-BA battery, a 64 KB user memory, and compact dimensions of 50 x 87 x 118 mm, compatible with both panel mount and DIN rail installations. With a backplane current capacity of 600 mA at 5 VDC and no current draw at 24 VDC, it operates reliably within a temperature range of 0 to 60 degrees Celsius and is suitable for environments with relative humidity up to 95%. The controller is engineered to withstand operating shocks of up to 30 g when panel-mounted, ensuring resilience in various industrial applications.
