It is built on the FRENIC-Eco (F1) drive platform in a NEMA 3R enclosed pump panel configuration with an integral circuit breaker disconnect, suited for outdoor water, wastewater, and irrigation pump installations.
The FRENIC-Eco (F1) series was Fuji Electric's purpose-built energy-saving drive platform for HVAC, pump, and fan applications. It features an optimized V/f control algorithm for variable-torque loads, a built-in PID controller for pressure or flow control, RS-485 Modbus RTU communication, and comprehensive protective functions. The EcoPump variant adds pump-specific features including pipe-fill mode, no-flow detection, and multi-pump sequencing capability. The F1 platform has been succeeded in Fuji Electric's lineup; this unit serves ongoing installed-base and replacement requirements.
