TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL is a programmable controller, more often referred to as a PLC, capable of being programmed to carry out a predetermined order of activities. Individual components of a control system are called collectively "programmable controllers." Featuring the latest and greatest high-speed processor, the FX2N-32MR-ES/UL model guarantees reliable and accurate performance across a broad range of applications by boosting control performance and reaction time.

Technical Information

The auxiliary relay (M coils) in the model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL has 256 special points in addition to the general 3072 points and the latched 2572 points. In addition to that, the model contains 500 points that are latched, 10 points that are initial, and 100 points that are annunciator points for the state relay (S coils). The model can handle 20 basic sequence instructions, 2-step ladder instructions, and 125 applied instructions. Two programming languages may be utilized with the model: symbolic relay language and step ladder. For example, one way to write code in SFC style is to use a step ladder. The power consumption of the model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL is 0.75 kW, and it operates on a voltage of 400 V that is distributed over three phase.

The program capability of the model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL is already built in at 8000 steps, but it can be expanded up to 16000 steps with the help of an additional memory cassette. The operation processing time of the model is 0.08 microseconds for the basic instructions and 1.52 microseconds to 100 microseconds for the applied instructions. The model is a third-generation standard model with high flexibility suitable for small-scale control of high cost. The model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL contains 8000 points general, 7800 points latched, and 256 points special for the data registers. The model I/O control method is a batch processing method. The model can quickly adapt to shifts in production line speed, protecting against uneven winding. This helps guarantee a steady supply of products with a high standard of quality.

Main Components

Inputs and outputs are the programmable controller's representation of physical inputs and outputs (PLC). The model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL incorporates several auxiliary relays. These relays are similar to program output relays in that device contacts operate their coils. The model employs a variety of state relays. All state relays feature electrical NO and NC connections that the model may use as necessary. Pointers are used to regulate the flow of the program. When the program is displayed in ladder mode, they appear to the left of the leftmost bus bar.

Additional Information

The model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL hardware has timing elements with an accuracy of 10 pulses per million pulses. Counters that are battery-backed or latched might retain the status data they were supplied for a long time after the model has been turned off. This suggests that the latching counters in the model FX2N-32MR-ES/UL may immediately resume counting from the point at which power was cut. At no time are the high-speed counter coils being driven by the counted inputs. This is because the high-speed inputs can only be kept offline if the counter coils are always turned on.
