The GE Fanuc IC610MDL154 is a 24 V DC, 2 Amp Sink/Source Output module designed for use with the Series One/One Programmable Controllers. This module features four isolated and fused output circuits, each capable of controlling discrete ON/OFF loads. Each circuit supports a continuous current of 2 amps and can handle peak currents of up to 8 amps, with the flexibility to reference separate DC power sources. For improved current capacity, outputs can be connected in parallel. The IC610MDL154 module is suitable for managing various loads, such as relay coils, solenoid valves, motor starters, and indicator lights, allowing circuits to function as either sink or source outputs based on the wiring configuration.

Field connections are made through screw terminals on a terminal block mounted to the faceplate, with each terminal accommodating up to two No. 14 AWG wires or one No. 12 AWG wire. An LED indicator on the logic side provides a visual representation of each circuit's ON/OFF status. The module operates within a range of 5 to 24 V DC, with a maximum leakage current of less than 0.4 mA at 40 V DC. It incorporates replaceable internal fuses rated at 5 amps per circuit and consumes 12 mA at 9 V DC under standard conditions. The maximum load current varies with ambient temperature, allowing only three circuits at 10 °C to function at 4 amps each. As temperature increases to 40 °C, the maximum allowable load decreases to one circuit at 4 amps. At 50 °C, up to four circuits can operate at 2 amps each, while at 60 °C, only two circuits are permitted at the same current level. Each of the four output circuits is electrically isolated, facilitating connections to different power sources, thus enhancing system flexibility and reliability.
